We have tunnel vision for the problems ahead of our day that maybe haven’t even happened yet, but there’s always something to worry about, right?

I have no doubt that 2022 will be anything short of a rollercoaster, but at least I’m not alone. That’s the beauty of it. We have the choice to see that.

The Lord is steadfast. He is immovable, and given that we’re living in a world that changes every 2 seconds, putting my trust in something so unshakeable feels like the only good news out there.

God is a seed of grace. Once it’s planted and you allow the roots to grow deep in the dirt, the wind can’t blow you away.

Our Father doesn’t want us to be like the person next to us, because then the stories we tell of Him would all sound the same.

How do you walk blindfolded without worrying?

You get blindfolded by God.

Of course, we aren’t supposed to compare ourselves to others, but that’s the world we’ve been thrown in. We’re given the poison and then we’re told not to drink it.

It feels like there’s always something holding me back from enjoying the joy in my life … and it was me.

I got lost in making sure that I didn't forget about the prayer that the words became irrelevant. I stopped being intentional with my prayers. As long as I was praying, it was fine.

An object in motion stays in motion … or so they say. But what happens when we’re forced to stop?

So that’s what this blog is, it’s my safe space to share my thoughts, feelings and the way I see God through all of that.
